It's been a fantastic three days, but it's time to move on. Budapest is an amazing city, characterized by spectacular architecture ranging from medieval to neo-modern, historically it's hard to imagine the turmoil the little country has been through in the past 100 years, however culturally they are still quite proud, and there is a vibrant booming metropolis to explore. Highlights so far have been the City Park/Heroes Square, State Opera, Parliament/Liberty Square, the Terror Museum, Hungarian National Museum, Castle Hill, and Gellert Spas. Also, the neighborhood around my hotel is just bumping with fun stores, cafes, restaurants and bars. The coffee is excellent as expected, food is super cheap, as is beer, and last of all but not least the weather has been spectacular.
